Everything you need to know...
We know that starting a new treatment or therapy can raise some questions, so we want to provide you with all the information you need to get the most out of this new stage with Neurobalance:

01
What is an intensive course?
It's a package of intensive, personalized sessions at the Neurobalance center (or in your city when we make visits) that includes a functional developmental neurological assessment to identify the hypoactive area or hemisphere of the brain and thus begin a sensory stimulation treatment. We work with the patient and train the parents to effectively facilitate the program at home.
02
What does the intensive course include?
10 hours of Neurobalance therapy per week, 2 sessions of 1 hour daily, from Monday to Friday; where all primitive reflex exercises, lateralized stimulation, magnetism and infrared laser with Melillo protocol are covered.
Program guides depending on the hemisphere that needs to be stimulated.

03
What is the difference between the 1 or 2 week intensive course?
The 2-week intensive course is recommended for patients with a severe case diagnosis, or for families visiting us from a long distance who want to make the most of their stay.
04
What are the benefits of taking an intensive course?
The main benefits of taking an intensive course include:
Functional maturational neurology assessment with Rodrigo González
Daily training for parents to ensure the correct implementation of the treatment at home
Use of laser under the Melillo protocol to promote brain balance

05
What is the difference between scheduling a virtual or in-person assessment appointment?
In both modalities, an assessment is performed, the hemisphere to be stimulated is determined, recommendations are given based on the findings, and a treatment plan is shared depending on the hemisphere to be stimulated. However, the in-person appointment allows for a thorough evaluation of the patient and a review of their existing primitive reflexes.
